BraziBay season starter: Kombis - Coffee - Cakes - Convoy - Saturday 25th February

Make a note of the date ..... and have your Kombi ready for a road trip!!

10am Coffee and Cake at VW Kampers - get together with fellow owners, meet up with old friends and make new ones. Q&A hosted by Tim offering advice about maintaining your BraziBay and how you can solve any tech issues you may have.
1pm depart VW Kampers in convoy south west to join the A24 and head north for a lunch at The Owl at Kingsfold.

Location start: VW Kampers, Henfield Business Park, Shoreham Road, Henfield West Sussex BN5 9SL.

This event takes place in Surrey/Sussex but it would be brilliant if members from other regions could come or indeed do a simultaneous meet with members in the same area on the same date.

If anyone fancies a Midlands version of Kombis - Coffee - Cakes - Convoy on Saturday 25th February let me know! Happy to organise

Update regarding the lunch at The Owl.

Please look at the menu on The Owl’s website www.theowl-kingsfold.co.uk ?  Choose your food and then call the pub, say you're with the Brazilian VW Bay club and order and pay for your food ahead of the day. That way your selection will be ready for you soon after we arrive.

We will have an area of the pub allocated to us on a variety of tables.

 

The Owl have requested that all food orders be phoned through by Wednesday evening so they can get the necessary supplies in fresh.

So please make every effort to do so so things run smoothly?
