Great plan Martin. I am looking forward to exploring the area and meeting up with folk again.

I've just been down into our basement in the office to check that the BBQ's still there. I'd forgotten just how big it is!



This is a plea for you to bring some charcoal!

Gibraltar Farm is around 7.5 miles campsite from J35 of the M6; Route here:



If you're coming from the north, it's easier to drive on to J35 than coming off at J36.

Well done for taking on the job of herding cats / juggling mercury.  If it wasn't for you we'd all spend the weekend in the nearest pub!

We picked up our new van this week and are interested in meeting up, but we have to get home on Saturday night unfortunately. Is there still room available if we just came for the Friday night, and would we just book direct with Gibraltar Farm?

That would be great. We'd love to see you there.

There'll be plenty of room. If you ring the site they'll book you in.

This time next week we'll be there setting up camp. Hope we'll have sunshine!    

Could you let me know what time you expect to arrive so we hold on for anyone wanting to come for a walk on Fri afternoon? We should be there about 11.30.

Also, could someone bring some BBQ tools please? We usually use a small table top Weber gas BBQ but the charcoal one we're bringing from the office is huge, so some long handed tools would be useful.

Have I forgotten anything? Is there anything anyone wants to know before next weekend?

We won't be leaving Sheffield until 4ish so should hopefully be around 7ish
