| I'm keeping an eye on this one too, but if he's trying to make a profit I don't think his price is too far of.
Consider the price of a new bus £21K? It's painted, dummy front wheel cover, looks lowered, alloys, leather/vinyl interior and door card trim, units, smev sink and hob, fridge, flip down tv.
Okay might be talking £25+K, but if he's trying to make a bit of money....it would be interesting to see what his reserve is.

| So how much are all those bits then?
Decent lower half paintjob - £1500 tops
Lowering - £500
Alloys with Tyres - £600
DubTub - £300
Interior furniture - £2000
Vinyl Seats/Panels - £600
Sink/Hob - £400
Fridge - £600
DVD - £350
Total: £6850
Let's say another £500 for bits and pieces like leisure battery, charging unit etc. So we're looking at approximately £7350 on the conversion.
So £21500 + £7350 = £28850
Selling for 30k would give him just over a grand in profit, but it looks like he wants more.
