| I love it when someone comes up with a simple and cost effective idea. In this case it's Magda's owner Jill. When I first met Jill and Steve, they were very excited, not only about becoming members of our club with their new Kombi, but also because Jill was enjoying customising the interior of their new ride. Magda sports a leopard skin patterned shower curtain hanging from the front roof pull. It stores behind the left hand front seat when not required but works beautifully - and lightly - as a privacy curtain, negating the requirement for cab thermo mats or a curtain rail around the screen area. Jill pm'd me the other day to let me know that Primark had red/black/white shower curtains in stock for a fiver. No more taking up space with the thermo mats for me then. Thanks Jill x ________________________________________________________________________________ Max SportsKombi - The Bay Racer @brazilianvwbay | |

| Don't you just love it when a plan comes together.
You could make a sun canopy from that as well. ________________________________________________________________________________ Ginger man without a ginger van

| A cheap and easy fix there Tim, using the pop top handle, and many places do cheap alternative curtains which might match other peoples colour scheme.

| Ooh err!!
Did you leave the curtain full length or trim it ? Do you just unscrew the pop top handle to attach?

Left full length and no need to remove the pull down handle to attach as the curtain comes with hooks that have a built in 'split' so you can fit it to an established pole. ________________________________________________________________________________ Max SportsKombi - The Bay Racer @brazilianvwbay

| This is an option as I could get it to match the rest of the curtains when we get new ones made. I think this may feel cosier! At the moment I'm having enough trouble deciding on fabric for curtains & bunting though...just so much choice. The shower curtain option could work as an interim though. All good fun. Have to try & get the buses together soon Tallulah | |

| 29th & 30th March, we're on the club stand both days but may not have our fluffy haired monkey with us. Easter hold the week after though, could be time to field test Baylee ! ________________________________________________________________________________ www.alpinegrovetouringpark.com Twitter: @AlpineGrove Facebook: facebook.com/alpinegrovetouringpark
