You don't need to book yet. The site doesn't re-open until February 1st. When I went there a couple of months ago they asked me to talk to them again once they had re-opened. I will make a provisional booking then, and I would like to be able to get them to allocate the whole grass field with hook-ups to us if we have enough vans. I would like to know if we have any other planned attendees though, because I want to tell them estimated numbers, the more the merrier. 15 would be a nice number, and if we can get 20 that would be fantastic.

If you're planning to attend please let us know in this thread and I'll keep the first post up to date.

The site reopens next week, so I want to make a provisional booking and give them estimated numbers. For anyone who is thinking of going, could you please post whether you are definite, probable or possible? Thanks.

I'm only going to be making a provisional booking by arranging for part (hopefully all) of the field to be set aside for us. I'll then post instructions for everyone to log on and make their own bookings as part of the club event. I will also be adding more details about the programme for the weekend as I put it together.

Ok I'm in! No idea who may be with me but Max and I will be attending.

I've stuck it my diary so should be able to come up for this

I have now made a provisional booking for 15 vans at the Greenhills Holiday Park. The pitches are on a separate grass field with electric hook-ups. The field is reserved for small vans up to 5 metres and tents, and has 21 pitches altogether. I am hoping that we can get enough members attending to occupy the whole field. The site management are happy for us to erect an event shelter and set up a barbecue.

To book, please call the site on 01629-813052. They have pre-allocated booking numbers to us, so quote your booking number and tell them that you are with the BrazilianVWBay group. A deposit of £30 is payable. I have listed the booking numbers for the confirmed attendees below:

This is probably the furthest south that the Northern Chapter Meet will probably ever be held, so it's a great opportunity for our southern friends to join us. The site is easily accessible from the M1. The Voyager Krew made the 500 mile round trip to Goodwood last weekend and had a great time, and we'd love to see some of the new friends and familiar faces that we met there.

Please make your bookings as soon as possible. I want to make sure that we have our pitches confirmed and deposits paid before site bookings start filling up for the summer season.
