| Heads up on what looks like a complete copy of the Lotus Grill but at £39.99 instead of £130. In Lidl stores from 23/07.

| Our local store has some too Eddy so might be worth a pop into a local store to you. If you're unsuccessful and I can still locate one would have no problem grabbing you one and getting it up to you somehow! Steve

| I grabbed one too and would certainly agree they look quality.. I watched the youtube video on the Lotus Grill and they seem one and the same and I know ALS raves about their Lotus Grill so fingers crossed. Might well give it a try this weekend.

| Used the lidl version for first time tonight.....verdict...great! Hot enough to cook in about 6 minutes, hardly any smoke and was still hot after an hour with only a small amount of charcoal. It sat on garden table top and you can lift it by the sides whilst burning. I was surprised what a difference the fan speed made to the heat quite quickly.
Only downside its red!!! | |

| Used ours for the first time at weekend great little unit , got up to cooking temp in mins but charcoal burnt down to ash in about 25 mins so think I need to find a slower burning charcoal if there is such a thing for a little more cooking time.. ________________________________________________________________________________ Steve, Jo TigerLily and Carra the Child lovin' Golden Cocker | |

| I used a hardwood charcoal in the Prakti this summer and got a good hours worth out of a relatively small amount. There must be differences between the varieties. | |

| Used the lidl version again last week whilst the broads and it performed great cooked 11 mediumkebabs (just managed to squeeze them on) then four large burgers, was up and cooking in about 6 minutes from lighting with gel. I think a few more members of my family will be checking out stocks at lidl this week! | |

| Brought some different charcoal and seemed to do the trick, had a good hour cooking time and like you Eddy cooked a multitude of food.. Great buy. ________________________________________________________________________________ Steve, Jo TigerLily and Carra the Child lovin' Golden Cocker | |
