I just wanted to write a few words about our community here on brazilianvwbay.com.
I'm incredibly proud of how much people here offer to help others, despite perhaps never having met them in person. Every club/forum has its core and without exception I can tell you that group of people here are both thoroughly decent, reliable and certainly to me, good friends. I think the wider community are able to perceive this, relate to it and benefit from it. As more people join, the togetherness spreads.
Plenty of us have busy lives and occasionally I think some forget that 100% of the input here is voluntary - I wouldn't want anyone to ever feel pressured to reply or that they are obligated. If a member has got something that needs sorting asap with their Kombi, we've all been there, I know that the troops will rally as best they can, but no one should ever feel that they've let others down if they can't help immediately.
We've over 900 registered members now and more are joining all the time! From both near and far!
Keep the spirits high and life with your BraziBay will be the better for it!

I couldn't agreed more - and, as a reminder, there's an Executive Club that you can join for £5, with the money going to funds to allow the Forum to operate smoothly.

I believe the spirit has always been in the VW community and possibly stronger in the thirty years I have known it. Back then there was always someone with help advice and possibly the part you wanted someone had a spare somewhere in their garage you could have, (but spares were much more readily available back then). But today I did feel touched by Ian's message and Tim's.
