Hi All, can anyone suggest a reverse camera? i have a customer coming in for EPAS and he wants his camera replaced as the image isn't great, i don't want to replace it with another inferior item.
Thanks in advance Neil

Hi Neil, We got our reverse camera from parkingcameras.com, cam13 1/4inch ccd butterfly camera. Its linked to a sonyxav-622 stereo. You might be able to see it fitted in the pic above, just above the number plate. It gives a really good picture, very slightly fish eye, but we've no complaints.

No lines from camera but headunit has that option, we turned it off.
Another site to check out is hids4u.co.uk
Hope this is of some use.

Ive got a philips DVD in the dashboard, which can take a rear camera. There a loads of cheap rear cameras on Amazon. Has anyone bought and installed one of these - any success and is it a big job?
This is one of the cameras I looked at - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Wide-Angle-Waterproof-REVERSE-PARKING-REVERSING/dp/B0042S19Q0/ref=pd_bxgy_ce_text_z
it looks like the same that we have hooked up to a screen the rear view mirror. Tried to take a photo with my better half holding a copy of camper and bus
screen photo not so good
details on the box
