What's the plan for next Friday? I know we're all meeting at Morrisons but what time are we aiming to be there?

Is anyone going for a meal beforehand and if so where would it be? 

Not long now.

The ferry leaves at 2245 and we need to check in a minimum of 90 mins before, so can we agree to congregate at Morrisons from 2045 with a view to departing at just after 2100?

Last year some of us met up for a meal.
Details below:

There is a Harvester (Great Salterns Mansion) on the A2030 Eastern Road on the Eastern side of Portsmouth that with a large(ish) car park.

It's the other side of Portsmouth from the ferry/meet point, but only 3 miles (6 miles if you go back the the A27/M275) and 15 mins away.

Last year we ate for 6pm to be on our way by 8pm leaving plenty of time to get petrol before meeting at Morrisons.

I'm guessing we'd need to book a table. I'm happy to call if we can get an idea of numbers.
Any interest?

Thanks UR   I'll check wth Alison but 6pm may be too early for us. We might get a nice lunch on the way down and then grab a snack from Morrison's when we arrive.

Mrs HH won't be home from work until 6'ish so we are going to be a bit tight for time. We'll meet everyone at Morrisons at 20.45.
Good news is school finishes for the summer tomorrow so I've got a week to get everything packed up.

I think we'll probably do the same as Abs and eat a main meal at lunchtime and snack later.

No chance of us getting to Portsmouth before rush hour traffic blocks all the motorways so we'll be heading down a bit later and will see everyone at Morrisons around 8:30pm.

Final weekend before our blast!

Please spare some time this weekend for a quick check on things like tyre pressures including the spare, coolant levels, fan belt condition, oil levels, lights and those on trailers if they're coming too.

I will have various spares onboard especially for an Airbus so if any of the AquaBayers wish to do the same that would be great.

That's exactly what we're doing right now. Plus currently in a search for our continental hook up converter! At least the garage is getting a bit of a tidy. 

I think it would be a good idea if everyone filled up with fuel before meeting at Morrisons. That way we could drive straight to the Ferry Terminal all together without having to wait for some at the petrol station on the way.

oui, mais seulement un peu.

Un soupçon pour moi aussi.

Actually reading it isn't too bad, I can get by (just) speaking it, but understanding what the locals say can be a tad difficult.
