The article is preceded by a passage on the Rooney's caravan holiday to Wales. Let's hope they don't get wind of how good Lytton Lawn is. We don't want that sort of riffraff turning up!

Bad news I'm afraid, we're dropping out of DITF this year. We had such a good time last year that we're really disappointed not to be going, but some stuff at home has taken priority.

We still hope to go to Cornwall in September but we can't guarantee dates when we can go and I don't want to take a place at DITF if we're not able to make it, so I've been in touch with Dave Dodge and he's going to resell our tickets. If you want to add yourselves to the Club camping pitches I'd contact him straightaway to secure your place.

I've just seen on their Facebook page that there is going to be a fleet of Renault Twizys for hire at the show. Always wanted a go in one of those.

I've messaged him too. He's in France for Le Tour for his 40th at the moment.

Dave lent us one for a drive round the site last year. Great fun.

Do we need to get a splitter cable, or will we have enough to cover the group anyway?

We probably have enough between us but by all means get one just in case.

Tickets arrived today along with a pre-order form for the local Farm shop which I can highly from last year. All pre-orders will also be entered into a draw and the winner will get there's for free!
