We'll be there! Just a thought - do you reckon there is anyway we would be able to use some of the lovely grass pitches this year on the level down from the 'yard' area?

Think the grass pitches are only for tents.

Price discounts kick in if we can reach 10 'Zombie Kombis' - there are 7 on the attendees list at present

We've been away for the last week in Bakewell - had a FAB time with great weather.
Having just picked up our emails today, the campsite have contacted us regarding numbers and payment for this event.

We have said we shall try and confirm Kombi numbers (and how many adults, children and dogs) will be attending within the next seven days.
Payment will be required on 1st October 2016 - one payment in full.
Amount depends upon numbers.

Please check the first post for names on the list at present - any others out there are more than welcome to attend - doo not be afraid.

For reference only, the campsite has gone adult only for this year.
It does not however impact upon our booking, children are more than welcome.

Hi Guys
Due to dwindling numbers for this event we have now sadly cancelled our booking for the Halloween Bash at this location.
However, as the weekend is still in the diary, some of us at Dubs in the Forest have discussed alternative plans.
Currently it therefore looks as though a number of us will be meeting up that weekend in Henley on Thames.
Planning a Friday night and Saturday night stay, with a meal in a restaurant on the Saturday night.
Further details will follow shortly.
