what's the chock requirement situation - trying to lighten the load and get there before midnight!

Looking at previous FB messages we're on pitch no 2 - Simon is Number 1, Tim number 3 and you're 12

is this still correct?

I don't think you'll need chocks, Als. If you do I'm sure someone will have some spares (we keep ours permanently in the van under the seat on top of the leisure battery cover).

As far as I know those are the right pitch numbers but I know Simon was going up today so they may have moved him on to another one.

This is us, sideways on Pitch 1 without chocks.

Simon reliably informs me that the catering van will be open later in the week. That's breakfast sorted then.

Yeah been having problems logging on ...

We are on the grass non elec.. we will be arriving about 22.00-2400 on Thursday evening depending on traffic ..no doubt with the kitchen sink in tow knowing sue ..

Is there a path along the shore to the village ?

I'm going to turn up first thing at the garage tomorrow with my part & beg to be done first. We should be there between 7pm and 9pm ish.

There is a walk into Pooley Bridge. It takes around 20-45 minutes, depending on how many times you stop to take photos!

Even though it's light at night for a long time, I'd suggest bringing a torch.

one is quite short but has a useful pocket in each of the three sections. The other is longer and more practical.

Great to meet up with everyone once again and big thanks to Martin & Allison for organising it all.

I'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone who attended - it wouldn't be fun without every one of you.
