I've now had confirmation of our booking for the End of Season Meet at The Cud Life and I need to organise a deposit payment.
The total cost is £800 and as there are currently 12 vans, that works out at £66.66 each. The total payment needs to be paid by the end of April, but I'l like to collect a deposit from each of you of £35 to secure the booking. I'll be paying them £420 from my account, so payments can be made to me in two ways, either via PayPal to martin.mrbellamy@btinternet.com (friends and family payment please) or via BACS to my account. If you want to use the bank transfer method please PM me and I'll give you my bank details.
I'd appreciate you letting me know via this thread once you've paid and I'll then update the first post. If you'd prefer to pay in full (£66.66) then feel free to do so and I'll ensure it's passed on to the site.
If we get to 15 vans between now and April, I'll let you know how much is owing in due course. Similary if anyone joins us after April but before October, I'll adjust amounts accordingly.
The maximum number of vans is definitely 15.

Take the A 61 north from Harrogate to Ripon. When you reach New Park roundabout (where the A61 meets the A59) go straight on towards RIPON. After about half a mile and you will pass Motorhouse Car Sales on your left. At the top of the hill on the left you will see the stone sign for Killinghall our turning is just after this on the right, exactly where it reads SLOW on the road and there is a Rumble Strips sign. You will see two big white signs for Cooking Fantastic and The Udder Coffeeshop (in daylight it is easier to look for the line of trees along the lane).
If you are coming from Ripon/Ripley, head towards Harrogate from the Ripley roundabout and pass through the village with the Three Horseshoes pub on the left hand side, keep on this road. As you leave the village, you will pass a bus stop and 3 x 40mph signs all across the road, our lane is the next left after these signs (we start indicating left as we pass the 40mph signs), look for the line of trees along the lane or big white Cooking Fantastic signs.
Proceed over the cattle grid and along the drive (do not take the fork to Spruisty House) follow sign for campsite and the cookshop, you will pass a little bungalow and then reach farm buildings. The campsite reception sign is on the left, PLEASE DO NOT GO DOWN TO THE CAMPSITE if we are not in the shop, please call the buzzer or phone the mobile number on the door, if we are not available your information will be in an envelope by the buzzer.
Drive safely and we look forward to welcoming you.

You'll see that they've waived the
quiet at 10.30 rule but we'll still need to be sensible (when have we ever been anything, other than sensible?)
Ian, you'll have to leave your Fender with the Marshall Amp at home and bring the acoustic!
