It's looking good for a sunshine filled weekend at Sandown. Max and I are in full show prep as I type. If you've nothing planned, join us if you can. The Volksworld Show is unique in the VW calendar. Hi Tim. Danbury have a few transporters leaving for the show first thing tomorrow so looking forward to the show. Its been hard work getting everything ready but Im sure you'll understand that. Alison & I will be there some time on Saturday, assuming everyhting goes smoothly with tomorrow's service at Danbury!

I have been slaving over a hot Kombi for 2 days now ... plus a few other bits for the show. Pretty much done now so let the festivities begin!

We've arrived at Tudor Farm and have made base camp in the pub.

Tomorrow we'll push on to Yate before driving to near Riseley for the night. On Saturday we'll be at Esher with my credit card.

Looking forward to seeing many of you at the show.

We'll then head for Bicester before driving home on Sunday. Mrs B is missing Boris already but the Bombay Sapphire seems to be helping.

This is a bit of a long shot but here goes...

Unfortunately I've had to cancel my plans for this weekend as my mum has been taken seriously ill.

Would it be possible if someone could check if Limebug are exhibiting this weekend and if so, the price of their roof rack?

I think it's priced around the £350 mark... If there's any sort of special offer for the show, I was hoping to pick one up.

If there is any sort of offer on, could somebody let me know please? I can arrange a bank transfer, or Paypal the money over, or if you have a Barclays account and are registered with Pingit, I can ping the money over.

I live in Wootton Bassett (just off the M4) and am happy to collect if you're vaguely close to me.

Like I said, this is a long shot. No big deal if it's not possible.

Just checked their website. Sure that'll fit a Kombi? I'm not convinced. Doesn't state it'll fit the taller roof.

If there are deals on the VW Heritage one would you want that?

Have a look at last year's Volksworld Show pics. Look at the photo of Ian from VW Kampers next to a new orange T2. The roof rack on that is a Time Traveller one.
