| Hi Harry. Yes Im putting a deal together . We only sell a very high quality canopy with special attachments for the VW bay so it won't be the cheapest but we feel its the best made. We feel the cheap ones are false economy in the long run...Anyone interested please PM me and Ill let you know the prices when I have them (this week). They can be collected from us at Danbury or we can post to most standard UK mainland addresses. Colours available will be orange or yellow | |

| Just found it on the Danbury site, Page one on exterior parts, looks good with a roof crossover frame @ £249 but that may be the starting price as Jason says he is putting a deal together. | |

| Hmmm makes a nice parachute type shape which may well get 'interesting' if windy.
I like the flebility of ours, 3 extendable poles, 5 guy ropes and lots of different ways to configure it.
It might be 'lower quality' but tbh I can by 3 for the price of one of these. ________________________________________________________________________________ www.alpinegrovetouringpark.com Twitter: @AlpineGrove Facebook: facebook.com/alpinegrovetouringpark

The Danbury Suncanopy pictured under Exterior Parts on their website is Neither the Orange Nor Yellow mentioned by Jason. Trying to supply every colour to match the Danbury body colour range would be impossible. But it would seem sensible to produce one to match the standard canvas of the Danbury Pop-Top. The Danbury full free-standing drive-away awning ( with sides and internal sleeping compartment) is listed at £299 - so what would be a comparative price for the Suncanopy? osg

| I had a canopy almost identical to that one. Got it from just Kampers a couple of years ago. Sent it back in the end as the top kept collapsing. ________________________________________________________________________________ Ginger man without a ginger van | |

| It does seem that a similar looking canopy is available from several companies. But Jason said - Quote :

| hi brought a silver top canopy a few months ago and has done the sun of Spain and winds of West France and still OK .easy to drop at night if neccessary, also provides a dry area for English camping and drains without puddling !!. Recall it cost circa £95 from a West London camping shop on mail order.Andy L - Attachments

| Pix sorted Jason.
I pointed out to Jason that the first thing people will remark on is the angle down towards the Kombi, and the potential for rain water to go on/into the camper. He assures me the reason the angle is such is because of space in the showroom ie not enough, to have the legs of the canopy in the right place. Seems reasonable. ________________________________________________________________________________ Max SportsKombi - The Bay Racer @brazilianvwbay
