| I'm very pleased I went this route it does look fab. Thanks for the input guys I swapped the 40mm long bolts for 25mm ones to hold the torsion bar end cap on. The long ones were handy for pulling everything together but stick out too much really, as shown by green arrow and 25mm ones with blue arrow. Got the ride height sorted and taken measurements for my new shocks, will get them soon. Final pics to come very busy today. | |

| Looks spot-on skytiger, .... nice job. Dizzy has about the same ride height, so I imagine when she was lowered they re-routed the brake pipes as well. I was going to have a look and post some pics when I got home after the weekend, but you beat me to it. | |

| My shocks arrived today Front Rear Phileas can now be put back on his wheels, just waiting to hear from the alignment guy he is struggling to find the data in order to align Phileas. I am treating him to a wash, polish and brush up for being so patient with me while I wait on word. | |

| I put yellow Spax on my BRG Triumph Spitfire when I rebuilt her with a 2litre straight six lump and had to upgrade the suspension. There is a precedent. | |

| I think everyone should measure their ride height in cans of Irnbru! ________________________________________________________________________________ www.alpinegrovetouringpark.com Twitter: @AlpineGrove Facebook: facebook.com/alpinegrovetouringpark

| Finally got round to painting my buddy seat I made years ago. Plain wooden buddy seat This is the inside colour, yes I know predictable The outside will be gloss black, just waiting on inside drying then assemble it and then paint the outside. | |
