The Brazibay Northern Chapter - 28-30 Sept - Muker, Yorkshire

none , but dalesman has spoken to mrs metcalfe and she is quite happy to accommodate us as and when, we just need to get some numbers and dalesman was quite happy to call and see her again as he is local ,and sort out deposits etc,she is also happy to sort an area out for us ,as i said previously they have a large field which when we have been there takes alot of people,so i cant see it being a problem.as for the open fire scenario ,we may have to look into that again ,but when we were there last some people had fires ,whether this was supposed to happen !! i dont know ,but no one bothered them.any way numbers of people required ,so all those who havent been with ,come on down ,you know you want to !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy to co-ordinate things from up here once we get a rough idea on numbers.

Talking of which, has anyone tried to get on Danburys site, looks like they are branching out for us older campers, not that I need any of course. (not funny for them really, looks like they've been nobbled.)

just had a reply from a campsite i looked into regarding the sep meet,should we need it . WWW.MASONSCAMPSITE.CO.UK seems like a good site.more than happy to accomodate us,i will be going to stay on this site in near future so will pass on info as and when . would be nice to have a reserve site .also anyone else to use it ,

hi ,im sure we are pushing toward a block booking,just waiting for final numbers ,i think we need to set a deadline and get it booked ,anyone after that will im sure still be able to get a spot ,but would be nice if all together.
As for the mason site ,they hire 2 vw out.Looks like a very nice site ,

I can't give a definitive answer I'm afraid but I do have the weekend free. Subject to when my school placement starts, I am definitely up for a (very long) trip north. If I've started my placement it'll have to be a no but if I haven't, then I'll be there. Still waiting on university to let me know when I start.

Sorry I can't be more specific but hopefully if free I'll be able to get a space.

I'm sure the site will squeeze you in Sunny. It would be great if you could make it so far north!

Alison and I will almost certainly be arriving on the Friday 28th and leaving on Sunday. Maybe it would be worth you confirming expected arrival days so that Geoff (Dalesman) can contact the site.

I'll pop over and see the campsite later this week and make a provisional booking for 7-10 and check out payment terms etc.

I'll be there from the Friday as well, but if others can say at this stage whether they can make it for 1 or 2 nights that would help.

Sorry Tony have to give it a miss unable to get Friday off and working a late shift, so would be travelling all weekend, big pity always next time, hope all well. Tim

If I'm able to come, it'll be the Friday. I'll basically drive up after dropping my girls off at school. Not sure how long it'll take but imagine I'll arrive around about tea time

We will camp sat so one night please
